Our new 13,500 sq. ft. Fitness Center features cardio & weight rooms, a full array of all new state-of-the-art equipment, Pilates Studio, Spin Studio and stretching room as well as a lap pool with a view of our golf course. A variety of fitness classes are offered at no additional charge to our Lakes' homeowners. Group exercise classes include Pilates, Golf Pilates, Golf Fitness, Mobility and Balance, Sports Agility Drills, Spinning, Chair Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, TRX Cardio and Strength.
Specialty training offerings include:
  • TPI Golf Fitness screening, assessment, and private lessons with Titleist Performance Institute. A TPI Golf Fitness Expert will conduct the two-part assessment, which includes customize home workout.
  • Pilates Reformer private, semi-private and group reformer classes. Members have the option of private, semi-private with a reformer Pilates trainer or group classes. Intro to reformer lesson is recommend prior attending group class.
  • Stretch/Training Combo 60 min. This service is a complete body lengthening, stretch and realignment utilizing trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular stretching techniques combined with functional strength.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of classes, appointments and Guided Hikes. Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
Only 4 spots are available at the top of every hour.
One person per lane allowed; 50 minute sessions each.
Members may arrive 10 minutes early before their scheduled session.
Face masks are required to be worn when not swimming. 
Only Members who have booked a session will be permitted into the Lap Pool area, no exceptions.
 
Please arrive showered, in your bathing suit and ready to swim. Locker Rooms and showers are currently unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions. There are two restrooms available for your use.

DRESS CODE
Proper gym attire & shoes are required. Clothing manufactured for fitness is required for men, women & children. Bermuda shorts & cut-offs are not permitted. Running shoes or any other type of training shoes must be worn. Please advise your guests of our dress policy.

MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM
Medical alert necklaces are available when upon checking into the Fitness Center. In case of an emergency, pushing the button for 3 seconds will notify Security & set off the Fitness Center alarm. Security will then call 911 for paramedic response, if required.

Spin (Lianne & Anna)
Spin is a fun way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance; Spin offers a challenging 50-minute ride with energizing music suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class is the perfect combination of heart pumping and calorie blaster!
 
Fit Camp (Valeria)
This class will mix traditional body weight exercises with aerobic interval training, strength training, balance and agility; your heart will go up and your muscles will feel the burn while getting stronger and fit!
 
Mat Pilates Fusion (Kaz)
Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility with this challenging class that will integrate core stability including abs, shoulders, and pelvis; integrated breathing and strengthening of the power-house.
 
Aqua (Mo & Lianne)
This high energy aqua workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, range of motion, strength and muscle tone while using water’s resistance to challenge all levels and to cushion the feet, knees and back; Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music, are effective and easy to follow.
 
Chair Yoga (Marlena)
Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. This practice increases flexibility, strength, body awareness and balance. It also includes pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
 
Zumba (Jessica)
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
 
Gentle Yoga (Leesann)
This practice is geared for those new to yoga or those interested in a gentle practice.  This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on balance, flexibility, alignment, and strength. No experience required. This class is for everyone.
