Our new 13,500 sq. ft. Lifestyle & Wellness Center features cardio & weight rooms, a full array of all new state-of-the-art equipment, Pilates Studio, Spin Studio and stretching room as well as a Lap Pool with a view of our golf course. A variety of fitness classes are offered at no additional charge to our Lakes' homeowners. Group exercise classes include Pilates, Golf Fitness, Mobility and Balance, Sports Agility Drills, Spinning, Chair Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, TRX Cardio and Strength.
Specialty training offerings include:
  • TPI Golf Fitness screening, assessment, and private lessons with Titleist Performance Institute. A TPI Golf Fitness Expert will conduct the two-part assessment, which includes customize home workout.
  • Pilates Reformer private, semi-private and group classes are offered with a reformer Pilates trainer or group classes. Intro to reformer lesson is recommend prior attending a group class.
  • Stretch/Training Combo. This service is a complete body lengthening, stretch and realignment utilizing trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular stretching techniques combined with functional strength.

Our skin care line, Eminence Organic, is a Certified B corporation has over 60 years of herbal craftsmanship combined with Hungarian-Inspired techniques. All facials services include Eminence Organic Skin Care products and are also available for purchase.
Our Massage Therapists can help relax those muscles & estheticians provide much desired spa treatments. The Men's & Ladies' Locker Rooms include showers, saunas & steam rooms. Guests & tenants pay a nominal fee. Our therapists possess training in their specialties having worked with physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists to guarantee your safety, quality of treatment and satisfaction.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of classes, appointments and Guided Hikes. Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

One person per lane allowed; 50 minute sessions each.
Arrive 10 minutes early before their scheduled session.
Only Members who have booked a session are permitted into the Lap Pool area, no exceptions.
Proper gym attire & shoes are required. Clothing manufactured for fitness is required for men, women & children. Bermuda shorts & cut-offs are not permitted. Running shoes or any other type of training shoes must be worn. Please advise your guests of our dress policy.

Medical alert necklaces are available when upon checking into the Center. In case of an emergency, pushing the button for 3 seconds will notify Security & set off the Center alarm. Security will then call 911 for paramedic response, if required.

This high energy aqua workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, range of motion, strength and muscle tone while using water’s resistance to challenge all levels and to cushion the feet, knees and back; Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music, are effective and easy to follow.

Boxing 101
This class teaches the basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance with fun and invigorating agility drills.  Get ready to knock out 1 on won!

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. This practice increases flexibility, strength, body awareness and balance. It also includes pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
Gentle Yoga
This practice is geared for those new to yoga or those interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on balance, flexibility, alignment, and strength. No experience required. This class is for everyone.

Mat Pilates Fusion
Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility with this challenging class that will integrate core stability including abs, shoulders, and pelvis; integrated breathing and strengthening of the power-house.

Silver Fit
This class is designed to increase muscular endurance and strength, improve range of motion, and daily live activities. A chair is used for seated exercises for balance drills. This class uses a small ball and light dumbbells.

Spin is a fun way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance; Spin offers a challenging 50-minute ride with energizing music suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class is the perfect combination of heart pumping and calorie blaster!

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion” is a gentle form of exercise that assists in maintaining strength, flexibility, and balance. In this low-impact, slow motion, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention on your bodily sensations.  Tai Chi is for everyone, from the most fit to people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery.

TPI Golf Fitness
Improve your power production, accuracy, balance, mobility and flexibility utilizing the Titleist Performance Institute evidence-based principles that studies how the body functions in relationship to the golf swing. This class will cover the concept of “Body-Swing Connection” and apply it to practical drills that can be done in and out the golf course.

This class features bodyweight suspension training alongside weighted elements like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, and free weights. These block formation classes include reps and sets that are timed to maximize cardiovascular conditioning, functionality, mobility, strength, balance and agility.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
